Call for Tutorials
CollaborateCom is an international forum for researchers, developers, academicians, and students to discuss and exchange information about collaborative computing, networking, work sharing, and applications. The tutorials are intended to enhance the technical program, and will be held one day prior to the conference.
Proposals are invited for conducting either one day or half-day tutorials. The topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
- Architectures and technologies for collaborative computing
- Collaborative technologies for e-education and e-learning
- Collaboration in mobile and pervasive environments
- Agent-based collaborative systems
- Security, privacy and trust in collaborative environments
- Web services and workflows for collaborative applications
Submission Instructions
Prospective tutors should submit tutorial proposals via email to Lakshmish Ramaswamy (laks at cs.uga.edu) or Sun Chengzheng (CZSun@ntu.edu.sg) . The proposal should not exceed 3 pages (single column, single spacing, 10-12 fonts), and should contain the following information:
- Tutorial title
- Name and contact information of the presenter(s)
- Duration of proposed tutorial
- Description of potential audience and background knowledge expected from the audience, if any
- Tutorial abstract (1-2 paragraphs)
- Tutorial description (2 pages)
- Biographical sketch of presenter(s)

Deadline for submission of tutorial proposals.
September 18th, 2006
Notification of Acceptance.
