Document Preparation

Page limit

The submitted manuscript should closely reflect the final paper as it will appear in the Proceedings, which will be a maximum of ten pages in IEEE double column format. (Papers greater than ten pages will incur an extra page charge - $100 for each over page.) The international review committee will give preference to papers that (excluding references, figures, and tables) do not exceed 5000 words to clearly present the work, methods, results, originality, significance, superiority, and applications of the techniques discussed.

Duplicate Submission Policy

Duplicate submissions are not allowed. A submission is considered to be a duplicate submission if, at any time during the time when the submission is under consideration, there is another paper with the following properties:

  • the paper and the CollaborateCom submission have at least one author in common;
  • the paper is more than 4 pages long, when formatted in the CollaborateCom format;
  • the main technical content of the paper substantially overlaps that of the CollaborateCom submission; and
  • the paper is published or under consideration for publication in a refereed journal or proceedings (electronic or printed) that is generally available (e.g., not limited to conference attendees).

Duplicate submissions will be rejected. Questions about this policy or how it applies to your work should be directed to the technical program chairs Tao Zhang - tao at research.telcordia.com or Enrico Blanzieri - blanzier at dit.unitn.it
