The submitted manuscript should closely reflect the final paper as it will appear in the Proceedings, following the Springer-Verlag Lecture Notes of the Institute for Computer Sciences, Social-Informatics and Telecommunications Engineering (LNICST) format. The international review committee will give preference to papers that (excluding references, figures, and tables) do not exceed 5000 words to clearly present the work, methods, results, originality, significance, superiority, and applications of the techniques discussed.
Duplicate submissions are not allowed. A submission is considered to be a duplicate submission if, at any time during the time when the submission is under consideration, there is another paper with the following properties:

All paper submitted to CollaborateCom 2008 must conform to the general formatting instructions/guidelines that are specified in the author-kit. These guidelines apply to all the categories of papers to appear in the conference proceedings.
